Extreme Rafting
We organize trips on the whitewater canals in Veltrusy, Roudnice nad Labem and in Ceske Budejovice. The courses are about 500-meter long man-made canals with many rapids, big waves and eddies. Approximately grade III – IV water is guaranteed year round. From novices to experts we offer the best opportunity to ´Get Wet´. Our clients are given a safety briefing and professional guidance before being launched down the river. Participants’ enjoyment and safety are our main concern. A beer and sandwich are provided after the event inclusive.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
We use modern, inflatable, self-bailing paddle boats together with full safety and emergency gear. Every person receives a complete set of specialized whitewater equipment such as: helmet, buoyancy aid, Long John neoprene suit, neoprene boots, dry top, and paddle. In the winter time we provide special dry suits. Clients just need to bring a towel and swimming trunks.
GUIDES
Our rafting guides and trip leaders are English-speaking and all of them meet
the standards recommended by the International Rafting Federation (IRF) or Czech
Rafting Association.They are skilled and equipped to provide emergency first aid
in case of illness or injury. The staff individually assists every client, both
during and after all sporting events.

Extreme Rafting - itinerary
HALF DAY PROGRAMS:
- 13:30 Meeting at the hotel and transport to the riverside.
- 14:30 – 15:00 Individual equipment selection, changing, safety briefing.
- 15:00 – 17:00 Swimming tests and an instruction in paddling techniques, white water rescue practice, rapid swimming practice. Rafting.
- 17:30 End of program, sandwiches and beers. Return back to Prague. There is an alternative of a time schedule shift (i.e. meeting at 8:30, end of the program at 12:30).
FULL DAY PROGRAMS:
9:00 Meeting at the hotel and transport to the riverside.
9:30 – 10:00 Individual equipment selection, safety briefing, white water rescue instruction.
10:00 – 12:00 Swimming tests and an instruction in the paddling techniques, white water rescue practice, rapid swimming practice. Rafting and archery.
12:00 – 15:00 Refreshment, and rest.
15:00 – 17:00 Archery. 17:30 End of program, return back to Prague.
BBQ PARTY:
Our catering unit is ready to prepare a barbecue party after any program. It usually consists of sausage, pork steak, barbecue chicken with bread or baked potatoes together with ice cold draught beer
and refreshing long drinks. Non-alcoholic beverages are naturally served as well.The party takes an additional 1,5 to 2 hours.
